Seriously amazing !! I have had back issues for years. Nothing major but tight sore muscles. After having my daughter I lost my arch and am not flexible no matter how much I exercise. I have been suffering from back pain for about 20 years. Mostly sciatica and lower back pain. After laying on this device, I feel at peace and like I can get some sleep. I've had insomnia for a long time and hadn't realized it was spine-related. I'm hoping that this will eventually fix my hiatal hernia, as well. If you can't tell, my spine has caused a lot of problems for me. I'm sorry if my thoughts seemed jumbled, but I wanted to write this review after using this, my spine problems have reduced a lot.
I try to use this daily for 10 minutes using the middle placement of the removable slat. Build yourself up to it because it can be a very intense and sometimes uncomfortable stretch; I sit at a desk all day and need something to keep my back and hips from tightening up so badly. This works well and despite my thoughts about it being gimmicky I think over time it's helped to keep my back looser and more limber.
